SHIPPING & RETURNS
To purchase Mochi Gummies you must be 21+ years of age. By being on this site, you’re agreeing that you are of legal age at the time of purchase and abiding by your state laws. We require you to enter in your date of birth to verify your age to access this site, and to affirm that you are 21+ prior to checkout. Any user deemed in violation of these requirements will have their address and other details banned from ordering products on Sundae Flowers.
- We offer free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $69.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- We process orders Monday through Friday, which usually takes 2-5 business days, then 2-4 days in transit (weekends and holidays don't count). Please allow USPS 72 hours to update your tracking number once you receive your tracking. Please note that USPS may take longer to update tracking during the Holiday Season. We also wanted to let you know that the extra cost you paid for shipping was for an expedited service through USPS, which means your item will get to you super fast once it leaves our fulfillment center! We are a small team so we can’t operate like Amazon. But we are children of Tiger Moms, so we are trying our best to get our stuff to you ASAP.
- Once your order is shipped in our discreet packaging, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Please be sure the correct email is inputted when placing your order. Sundae School is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues using the tracking number provided.
- If your package is returned back to us for insufficient address, Sundae Flowers is not responsible for shipping fee’s for the item to be re-delivered to the corrected address. We make every attempt to check that the address is correct prior to shipping.
- During peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, any order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
- If you were shipped an incorrect order, or damaged packaging please contact our help desk immediately with the contents of the order and photos and packaging label. We will make every effort to get you the correct package ASAP.
- If your item is listed as PRE-ORDER, it is expected to ship within the window noted on the product page and we will not be able to accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping. If you have a pre-order item in your cart, your entire order will ship once we receive the pre-order items. Remember - God has a plan 4 u. Your order will come in the time window we promised, and if you are not comfortable with it, we recommend you do not pre-order.

RETURNS
Sundae Flowers will accept exchanges and returns on domestic orders of any unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and, in some cases, unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery with the following exceptions:
- Mochi gummies cannot be returned once opened. We care about your satisfaction, so please reach out to our help desk within 14 days of delivery with any inquiries. After this period, all sales are considered final sale. Bundle & subscription purchases are valid for a refund if the packaging hasn't been opened within 14 days of delivery.
- Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment of a store credit method when the returned merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- We do not accept any returns of opened mochi gummies, underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks, hats, accessories, and items on sale.
- Any item(s) purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final, and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive an unapproved returned sale or discounted item, no refund will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipments for mochi gummies should be made using USPS Priority Mail and include tracking. If you plan to use a carrier of your choice, you must adhere to our guidelines of 2-day shipping and include tracking. Any returns made outside of these guidelines will not be refunded.
- If the items are being exchanged, Sundae Flowers will offer free shipping on the return shipment. When the exchange item ships out, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
All exchanges are considered final sale.
